I have utilized this service for a number of years and each time they have disappointed me with their poor attitudes and a lack of compassion.

Our dogs have been coming to All Creatures for 5 years and we love their staff. We always feel welcome and Putter (12) and Poppy (3) are always greeted with smiles and helping hands. I really appreciate the front office, the techs and our vet. If you’re looking for quality and family owned practice this is the place for you!

I’ve been taking my pets to All Creatures Vet for years, & I’ve been extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The main receptionist, in particular, has been a major issue. We have had problems with her demeanor every single time. She is highly entitled and rude, and if it weren’t for her, we might have considered staying. She’s extremely dismissive over the phone and even more so in person. During our most recent visit, she got up and walked away from her desk without saying a word. We stood there, unsure of what to do, and when she turned back, she snapped at my fiancé and me, saying, “Are you coming or not? We are going to a room?” Her behavior is completely unprofessional and sets the tone for an unpleasant experience from the moment you walk in the door. It’s not the kind of behavior you expect from the person representing a business, especially one where you’re entrusting the care of your pets. I would strongly recommend the clinic reassess whether she should continue in this role. The one (and only) positive we experienced was the female veterinarian, whom we only saw once, that took the time to look into my cat’s condition. It only took one visit for her to diagnose stomatitis, whereas in our past visits, no one had mentioned anything. Considering the high cost of services, I feel the care and customer service don't reflect the price. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and am looking for a new veterinarian who genuinely cares about my animals.

We could not ask for a better vet, we lost our Annie a few months back and these were some of the most compasionate and caring people i have ever met. we still take all our pups here from our 12yr old to our 20wk old and will continue to use them. they are the best i have ran into for kindness and caring. Our girls need a few extra things and they were kind enough to help us and work out payment plans also

This is one of the best veterinary clinic! Everyone was so helpful and nice! We are so glad we were able to have them help us with our fur baby! Excellent service all around!!!
